How It Works

Double DiaphragmOperation Explained

Inside the pump, two elastomer diaphragms work in tandem to create continuous flow:

STEP 01

Air Pressure

Compressed air enters the air chamber behind one diaphragm, pushing it forward.

STEP 02

Fluid Displacement

This movement displaces fluid from one chamber while drawing new liquid into the opposite chamber.

STEP 03

Check Valves

Check valves ensure that fluid flows only in one direction, preventing backflow.

STEP 04

Continuous Cycle

As air alternates between chambers, the diaphragms oscillate, creating continuous pumping.
